Executive Assistant
LHH is looking for a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executives. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, as the demands of the position may vary from day to day. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assist in project management and tracking of deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate special projects and events as needed.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle last-minute requests efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust hours as needed, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
