Executive Assistant
LHH is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a CEO in Baltimore, MD with 5+ years of C-suite support and event coordination experience. The ideal candidate will be able to commute into the office 5 days a week and will be able to step into this position with all knowledge of the core responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Calendar management – high volume and complex schedules
Reporting to multiple Executives at once
Expense reporting
Travel arrangements – both domestic and international
Send and receive emails
Coordinate events as needed
Auditing work
Manage and communicate with vendors
Compose meeting minutes
Event coordination for high profile events
Perform various administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook capabilities
Strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Ability to work independently
Data entry
Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
Concur experience a plus
Salesforce experience a plus
Skills:

Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
