Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA.

Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Process and balance bi-weekly payrolls for all store hourly associates.

  • Timely issuance of termination pay, adjustment pay, or retro pay, following any respective state mandates.

  • Review and validate team members off cycles.

  • Fund off cycle pay cards on ADP SMART Compliance site.

  • Research and process stop payments.

  • Research and reissue returned checks.

  • Develop cross-functional relationships with Store, Buying Office and Distribution Center personnel that interact with Payroll.

  • Respond to all associate inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

  • Assist on special projects as assigned.

  • Remain current on existing or new payroll guidelines, processes or any legislation impacting payroll.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Payroll Coordinator:

  • High School diploma/GED

  • Requires 1-2 years of payroll experience.

  • Must be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality for all associate payroll and personnel records.

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and/or mandates.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus.

  • Strong Excel Skills and overall Microsoft suite.

Pay Details: 24.00 to 25.00 per hour
