Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage HR operations, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition and other HR functions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as internal communication, submitting paperwork to vendors, and light executive assistance work.
• Assist in planning and executing virtual company events and provide flexible project support.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, and general business functions.
• Manage and take ownership of HR processes without daily in-person supervision.
• Utilize your skills in Employee Relations and Applicant Track Systems to improve and streamline HR processes.
• Maintain active virtual culture with communication via different digital tools.
• Work independently with support from an HRBP.• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations
• Experienced in managing Onboarding processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
