We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Fearless Restaurant Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our seasonal menu changes and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the culinary team in creating innovative and delicious menu items
  • Develop and implement food safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff
  • Collaborate with our Executive Chef to create a cohesive and consistent culinary vision
  • Manage food costs and inventory to ensure profitability
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Advanced knife handling skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Current ServSafe Certification or PA Food Handlers certification
Benefits
