You will be the first point of customer contact for general inquiries about orders, scheduling, delivery of products, and more. You will adeptly manage all customer inquiries and requests, accurately enter quotes and orders using our ERP system (Prophet 21), and utilize automated or semi-automated systems and processes put in place by our Solutions team. Additionally, you will expedite all open quotes and orders with urgency and accuracy, check on inventory specific to the customer, and ensure that all Min/Max levels and safety stock are adequate. You will focus on customer-specific requirements and function as a liaison between Account Managers, Specialists, Customer Experience Managers, and other departments as needed. Continual learning of all services, programs, processes, and product offerings is expected, along with following all customer guidelines and procedures as it pertains to your position.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of customer contact for general inquiries about orders, scheduling, and delivery of products.
  • Manage all customer inquiries and requests adeptly.
  • Accurately enter quotes and orders using the ERP system (Prophet 21).
  • Learn, understand, and utilize automated or semi-automated systems and processes, including vending machines and wireless warehouse systems.
  • Expedite all open quotes and orders with urgency and accuracy.
  • Check on inventory specific to the customer and ensure that Min/Max levels and safety stock are adequate.
  • Focus on customer-specific requirements.
  • Function as a liaison between Account Managers, Specialists, Customer Experience Managers, and other departments as needed.
  • Engage in continual learning of all service, programs, processes, and product offerings.
  • Follow all customer guidelines and procedures related to your position.

Work Environment

You will work in a warehouse setting and across seven sites at Wilmington Air Park. The environment is fast-paced and involves the use of various technologies and equipment to support efficient operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilmington, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00
