Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Technical Field Support Professional to provide on-site support to customers in the northeast region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hardware and software systems, with experience working with engineering principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site field support to customers, including installation, servicing, and repairing of systems and equipment.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, referring complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
- Assist in the design and implementation of technical programs and solutions.
- Collaborate with clients' engineers to gather information, design changes, and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Three or more years of experience in field support, preferably in the northeastern United States.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software systems, including process and system design concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
