  • Handle bank deposits, organize and direct post, and conduct bookkeeping duties;">
  • Assist in processing payroll and maintaining electronic and paper files/records;">
  • Act as the point of contact for vendor and customer inquiries regarding billing concerns;">
  • Collect past due invoices and take payments over the phone;">
  • Handle requests and queries from managers.">

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in accounting and HR support is highly desirable.
