Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Columbia, Maryland (On-Site)
Compensation: Base Pay of $40,000 + Commission

About the Role:
Ultimate Staffing is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative with B2B sales experience to join our client's team in Columbia, Maryland. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced sales environment, is skilled at building connections with business clients, and has a proven ability to close deals. If you're experienced in generating leads, conducting persuasive sales appointments, negotiating contracts, and developing strong B2B relationships, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Sales Appointments: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to business clients' unique needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms with B2B clients, effectively address objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with business clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage leads and sales opportunities in CRM software to ensure consistent follow-up and a high conversion rate.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work with the sales team to refine approaches for reaching B2B sales targets and improve overall strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills tailored to a business audience.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a professional approach to handling objections and closing sales.
  • Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
