Executive Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as Executive Sous in an upscale casual in a 5mm + environment
  • Scratch kitchen and menu design experience
  • No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years, with steady progression through a career
  • Must be operations-driven, passionate, open-minded, and hands-on
  • Can-do attitude personality with a professional demeanor
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred
  • Ability to manage and control financials effectively
  • Must be able to hire, train and retain a top-notch team of professionals
