Key Account Specialist - UroGen

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team at UroGen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with urologists, administrators, and other key stakeholders in the urology community.

About the Role:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and adoption of UroGen’s products in the urology market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including urologists, administrators, and clinical champions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies for targeted accounts.
• Provide regular market feedback to corporate leadership on customer trends, competitive updates, and industry issues.

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the urology surgical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of success in account management, market access, and sales leadership.
• Strong understanding of urology practice operations, revenue cycles, and reimbursement pathways.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year.
