Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the amusement and recreation services/entertainment industry. This role is based in Beverly Hills, California, and will require the individual to process and reconcile accounts payable, perform data entry tasks, and utilize various software systems. The role demands a high degree of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and reconcile accounts payable in a timely manner.
• Utilize software systems such as Oracle, SAP, and QuickBooks for data entry and invoice processing.
• Perform regular check runs and ensure all payments are made in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain precise records of all transactions, ensuring all data is entered into Microsoft Excel accurately.
• Respond to any inquiries regarding invoices, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Regularly review customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Ensure all coding invoices are correctly assigned and processed.
• Continually update and maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all financial data is consistent and accurate.
• Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide superior customer service.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced amusement/recreation service/entertainment industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
