Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Administrative Assistant in Rock Hill, South Carolina. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your primary duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing company events, and maintaining office supplies.

Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
• Coordinate company events and charitable activities, providing logistical support as needed
• Handle the reception of mail and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution
• Assist in scheduling meetings and making necessary travel and dining arrangements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate tradeshows and other events
• Maintain and restock office break areas to ensure a comfortable and clean environment
• Manage office supplies and marketing items, placing orders as needed
• Oversee facilities administration to ensure all physical resources are in good condition
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as they arise• Proficiency in using Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to answer inbound calls efficiently
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Excellent email correspondence capabilities
• Familiarity with both inbound and outbound calls
• Able to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
• Knowledge of Excel formulas is required
• Familiarity with Office programs, particularly Outlook
• Proficiency in using Word
