Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently manage the safety-related data using database applications such as Microsoft Excel
• Regularly generate reports and data for the continuous evaluation and monitoring of safety practices
• Act as the main point of contact and facilitate communication among various teams to ensure critical safety messages are effectively conveyed
• Carry out regular monitoring and reporting on safety measures across all operational levels
• Assist in the formulation of safety policies and standards in line with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and schedule safety meetings and trainings, ensuring all logistical details are accurately managed
• Maintain both paper and electronic files related to safety operations
• Perform other administrative duties as required, such as answering inbound calls, providing customer service, and scheduling appointments.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining clear and effective communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
• Capability to schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate logistics.
• Proven skills in data reporting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets.
• Familiarity with performing a range of clerical duties, including filing, faxing, and copying.
