**Job Title:** Avancer Administrative Coordinator

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Worship Arts team at Avancer. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Worship Arts team, including scheduling, coordination, and communication with worship leaders, musicians, and volunteers. This role will also involve tracking annual church calendars, planning worship services, and ensuring the smooth execution of Sunday worship services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Worship Arts team, including scheduling, coordination, and communication with worship leaders, musicians, and volunteers.
  • Track annual church calendars and plan worship services in collaboration with the Director of Worship Arts.
  • Coordinate logistics for Sunday worship services, including setup, sound checks, and tear-down.
  • Manage volunteer schedules and ensure they have necessary resources and information.
  • Assist in preparing materials for worship services, including song sheets, orders of service, and other relevant documents.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a church or non-profit setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

 

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
