Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the implementation of accounting systems and control procedures
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports to summarize the financial position of the company
• Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts like general ledger
• Conduct audits on contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions
• Manage and reconcile accounts as necessary
• Handle job cost accounting and related tasks
• Collect data and prepare federal, state, and local reports and tax returns
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other relevant applications for accounting tasks
• Employ general ledger, audit, and account management skills to fulfill job responsibilities.• Proficiency in General Ledger management and maintenance
• Experience in conducting Financial Audits
• Capability in Account Management
• Expertise in Account Reconciliation
• Knowledge of Job Costing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
