Mental Health Nurse Specialist

Monadnock Family Services seeks a highly skilled Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. This dynamic role involves working collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to provide comprehensive care to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medication management in conjunction with the psychiatrist
- Conducting psychiatric assessments and addressing physical health needs
- Making referrals to community physicians as needed
- Providing psychosocial rehabilitation and support services
This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to person-centered care. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's, B.A., or associate degree in nursing, be licensed as a registered nurse in New Hampshire, and have at least one year of experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting.
