**Job Overview**

This position involves developing new accounts through outbound cold calling and prospecting to manage long-term business-to-business sales relationships with customers. The successful candidate will establish a book of business by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with decision-makers within target companies.

The role requires outstanding communication, listening skills, customer service, patience, and relationship-building skills. Ability to exchange information and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing recommendations is also essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting 60 or more potential customers daily to secure new buying accounts/logos.
  • Identifying organizational pain points and areas of potential investment.
  • Providing Solutions.
  • Asking for business.
  • Engaging Connection Subject Matter experts in customer conversations to provide technical expertise.
  • Collaborating with internal partners to ensure customers receive a Best-in-Class experience.
  • Balancing between different tools available to create personalized messages that add value.
