Summary of PositionResponsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing bank reconciliations, and managing credit card transactions reconciliations. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial accuracy and organization of our company.
Duties & Responsibilities- Perform bank matching to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
- Manage and reconcile credit card transactions
- Assist in preparing financial reports as needed
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects or analyses

Qualifications
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Relevant bookkeeping certifications are a plus.
ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
Skills- Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer for long hours, and maintain visual acuity for detailed financial work
LocationThis position offers flexible work arrangements, including the possibility of remote work
