Job Summary:

As a Tax Preparer Assistant at H&R Block, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their tax needs. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will conduct tax interviews, prepare accurate tax returns, and generate business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support

Requirements:

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax
• Experience completing individual returns
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing
