Responsibilities:
• Conduct high-volume recruitment, focusing on corporate roles within the healthcare industry.
• Oversee the full recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate offers.
• Utilize various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter for candidate sourcing and talent generation.
• Ensure proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) in daily tasks.
• Manage the ADP Workforce Now Applicant Tracking System efficiently.
• Screen and interview potential candidates, assessing their suitability for the role.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and corporate recruiting practices.
• Communicate effectively with potential candidates and the internal team.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Must have used Careerbuilder
• Ability to use CRM tools
• Experience with About Time software
• Knowledge of Applicant Track System
• Must be able to conduct Background Checks
• Understanding of Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
• Familiarity with HealthCare Industry
• Knowledge of Pharmacy operations
• Experience in Call Center Operations
• Understanding of HealthCare Insurance
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting
• Proficient in Talent Acquisition
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Must be able to use Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
