The success of this individual will be tied to the recruitment of the Senior Leadership teams at each Vance Street portfolio company, the deployment of modern HR practices for outsized growth, and providing consultative services to help the portfolio companies build out high-performance leadership teams while transitioning through the chapters of the VSC Playbook.
