Job Description:
Interface and provide recruiting support and consultation to hiring groups as a full life cycle Recruiter and Talent Advisor.
Responsible for requisition management, hiring manager intake/SLA, pipeline development, pre-screen and phone screen, scheduling interviews, managing hiring manager applicant debrief sessions, extending offers and dispositioning all applicants
Drive specialized recruitment programs to address unique needs and spikes in hiring volumes and slate / pipeline development
Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
Effectively build talent communities through various channels; Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram)
Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
Develop influential relationships with the client groups, ensuring that recruitment is integrated into the business unit.
Ensuring there is a strong understanding of their business needs and fill their open position in a timely manner
Drive operational excellence and compliance and set high recruitment standards.
Propose diversity strategies to attract a diverse workforce to the organization
Serves as a mentor to Recruiters and Coordinators, providing training/coaching in both formal and informal settingsQualifications:
Nursing/Radiology recruiting experience required
2 years of recruiting experience
Experience with Taleo is highly preferred
Must have experience working with executive leadership
High volume recruiting experience
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of team
Proficient in Microsoft and other software applications including internet and technology-based recruiting solutions
