Travel required in the Northeast Region for this opportunity. We're ideally searching for a Senior Sales Manager who lives in Baltimore, Boston, NY/NJ metro, and/or the Philadelphia region.

Job Details



The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities in the Northeast region, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

  • Oversee sales activities; establishing new client relationships, as well as maintaining client relationships within the Northeast region.
  • Manage a perishable food broker network and ensure strong alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Attend trade/food shows to explore new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Engage in demand planning, customer communication, and financial management.

Background Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of sales experience within the food manufacturing industry; ideally with perishable products.
  • Sales experience with perishable products - Deli meats, lunchmeats, etc.
  • CPG Broker Management experience is needed.
  • Experience with Syndicated Data analysis and the ability to analyze and develop sales stories.
  • This role requires travel, up to 50% of the time in the Northeast region.
