As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders in a timely manner. This is a Contract assignment located near Lake Bluff, IL.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide information on products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify order details, including product quantities, pricing, and shipping addresses.
  • Update and maintain customer records.
  • Address order discrepancies and resolve shipping issues.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including order entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service and order entry is preferred.
  Job Details:
  • Contract
  • Monday-Friday, onsite
  • Pay is $18-$22 an hour, depending on experience

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
