Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Paychex Agency Specialist I (Tier II) in our ROCHESTER, New York office. In this role, you will be primarily involved in the processing of health insurance enrollments, terminations, and changes. You will also be responsible for ensuring our clients' insurance plans are processed timely and accurately, and working closely with internal partners to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process health insurance enrollments, terminations, changes, transfers, and waivers for our clients
• Collaborate with various insurance carriers to ensure timely and accurate enrollment of our clients into their insurance plans
• Navigate client websites, send emails, and make phone calls to insurance carriers when necessary to facilitate enrollments
• Provide service to our account management team who work directly with our clients
• Utilize computer programs such as HRIS, Salesforce, and Flock to enter critical client data and process client requests
• Meet and exceed monthly metrics regarding productivity and processing quality
• Foster strong relationships with our numerous insurance carrier partners
• Maintain accurate client records and handle any customer inquiries
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.• Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
• Understanding of various policies and the ability to apply them in diverse scenarios.
• Ability to maintain quality standards in all tasks and projects.
• Experience working with websites, updating and managing content.
• Demonstrated productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with partners and team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in account management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Familiarity with the procedures and processes related to terminations.
• Solid computer skills, with the ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
• Knowledge of health insurance policies and procedures.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with insurance carrier protocols.
• Understanding of various insurance plans.
• Experience with Paychex software is a plus.
• Ability to compile and analyze monthly metrics.
• Experience with Salesforce platform, managing and updating client information.
