This role falls within the healthcare industry, and the selected candidate will be assisting in managing the company's internal network infrastructure while optimizing its performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor network performance to identify and resolve deficiencies.
• Implement software patches and hardware changes to enhance network performance.
• Configure and document Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) components such as firewalls, routers, switches, and hubs in accordance with business requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel, and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and support.
• Maintain and optimize Cisco Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies.
• Utilize skills in Ethernet, LAN, Routers, Switches, TCP/IP, WAN, and VPN to maintain and improve network infrastructure.
• Act as a liaison with service providers, site personnel, and outside vendors to resolve network issues.
• Work closely with the team to handle an increase in workload due to expansion.
• Ensure the efficient and secure operation of all network-related hardware and software.
• Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and support of the company's data network.

• Proficiency in Cisco Products and Cisco Unity is required

• Must be skilled in the management and operation of Firewall systems

• Knowledge of Ethernet technology is necessary

• Experience in working with LAN - Local Area Network is essential

• Must have expertise in managing Routers and Switches

• Understanding of TCP/IP - Transm Ctrl Prot/Internet Prot is a must

• Experience with WAN - Wide Area Network is required

• Knowledge of VPN - Virtual Private Network is necessary
