• Manage and answer inbound calls professionally
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing
• Use Concur for efficient travel and expense management
• Perform various accounting functions to support financial operations
• Utilize 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and management.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Concur
• Knowledge of CRM
• Proficiency in Dentrix Dental Software
• Experience with About Time
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
