We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with our client in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This role will involve a range of administrative tasks within a bustling environment. This position is based onsite and will require the successful candidate to handle a variety of tasks, including communication, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Greeting and assisting visitors upon arrival
• Managing email correspondence and ensuring timely responses
• Using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook to perform a variety of tasks
• Accurately entering data into the system and maintaining records
• Scanning documents and maintaining digital files
• Filing documents and organizing files for easy access
• Preparing and stuffing envelopes for mail-outs
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Proven experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively, maintaining professionalism in all interactions
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and edit spreadsheets
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, managing emails and scheduling appointments
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create and edit presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and edit documents
• Experience in scheduling appointments, demonstrating excellent organizational skills
