We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in New York City. The role involves working within the Food & Beverage Services industry and requires proficiency in various HR and administrative tasks. The position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Attend to employee relations and resolve inquiries as needed
• Organize files and assist in digitizing documents
• Draft and issue job verification letters and memos
• Process paystubs for employees
• Utilize Excel spreadsheets for various tasks
• Perform administrative tasks as required
• Work with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems
• Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
A NYC Food & Beverage Services company is seeking an HR Assistant on a contract basis with opportunity for hire. This HR Assistant will be responsible for: employee relations, file organization (team is in the process of digitalizing their documents), job verification letters, paystubs, creating memos, working within Excel spreadsheets, administrative tasks as needed, etc. This HR Assistant must be bilingual in Spanish Individuals who are eager to learn more about HR and who take initiative are highly encouraged to apply. Experience with ADP would be a plus.
