Administrative / Patient Services Coordinator I

Responsibilities
• Efficiently process and manage customer applications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the Cardiology department
• Utilize Epic Software for various administrative tasks
• Ensure all tasks and operations adhere to local regulations and guidelines
• Support the cost center in managing expenses and budget
• Play a key role in patient services, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
• Be open to learning new skills and processes to enhance service delivery.• Must have proficiency in Epic Software
• Demonstrated experience in Patient Services
• Knowledge of Cost Centers is required
• Preference will be given to Local Candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous
• Must have high attention to detail
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations professionally
• Must have a customer-service oriented mindset.
