Our client, C&W Services,  in the sanitation industry, is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to join their team. As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will be part of the Sanitation Department supporting the sanitation team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor

Location: Hendersonville. NC

Pay Range: $21.50

What's the Job?

  • Supervise and manage the sanitation team to ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • Develop and implement sanitation procedures and protocols
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective sanitation processes
  • Train and educate team members on proper sanitation practices and procedures

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience 
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
