JOB TITLE: BACK OFFICE MEDICAL ASSISTANT

One of the largest medical groups in the San Fernando Valley is hiring a back office medical assistant to join their dermatology team Opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, specialized environment

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience preferred in dermatology
  • Must have Medical Assistant Diploma or Certification
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Injections
  • Rooming patients
  • Taking patient vitals
  • Maintain cleanliness of facility
  • Verifying insurance
  • Checking in patients
  • Scheduling
  • Answering phones
  • Operating EMR system
