Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of medical and health service operations, including staff scheduling and clinician oversight.
- Design and implement support services while developing comprehensive policies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians to ensure seamless workflow.

- In addition to supervisory duties, the manager will also engage with support staff as necessary.
- Oversee specialized services such as TMS brain stimulation and ketamine therapy, along with responsibilities in credentialing, hiring, HR, and billing.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new providers and support personnel, enhancing training protocols.
- Establish and uphold healthcare policies and procedures, ensuring thorough training for new staff.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Medical Office Management or a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Current vaccinations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Dependable, mature, and quick to learn with a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in patient interactions.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

Advanced TMS Center is a well-established multispecialty outpatient group with over 30 years of service. We are seeking a long-term Medical Office Supervisor or Administrator who is a proactive leader. Candidates should possess relevant experience and ideally hold a minimum of a two-year college degree.
This position offers a supportive work environment in a newly constructed office, with opportunities for training in EMR and telehealth systems.
