Job Description

Support the counter and branch by supplying check in and out of vehicles on the lot and support the yard attendants to locate cars. Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, telephone, and direct personal contact. Process orders and assignments and enter data into our internal computer systems. Reference pricing and delivery information. Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests. Set up new and maintain existing records. Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties. Process paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals. Assist with other duties around the office to help out.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Jupiter, Florida.

Work Environment

8 am - 5 pm - Monday - Friday 1 hour lunch. Small office environment where there are 10 people in the office. When fully staffed there will be 8 customer service reps. Dress code - jeans and a t-shirt is ok - business casual dress code.
