We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Honolulu, Hawaii. As an Administrative Assistant, your role will focus on providing support functions such as answering calls, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.

• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, updating and maintaining customer records.

• Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring optimal time management.

• Conduct email correspondence, ensuring clear and detail-oriented communication.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to perform administrative tasks efficiently.

• Proven experience in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively.
• Strong customer service skills are essential, with the ability to professionally and respectfully handle customer inquiries.
• Proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to internal and external communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
