Bilingual Human Resources (HR) Admin
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Greenwood Village, Colorado. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of new team members, maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, and serving as the primary contact for onboarding-related issues.
Responsibilities
• Manage and execute the onboarding process for new team members, including the completion of all necessary checklists
• Verify and validate all new team member documentation, including I-9, E-Verify, W-4, and other policy documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues related to the onboarding process
• Communicate effectively with both team members and management to gather and confirm information, address issues, and ensure the timely correction of any inaccuracies
• Review and ensure the compliance of starting wages for new team members with federal, state, and company pay practices
• Regularly update hiring managers on the status of new team member documentation and onboarding process
• Process acquisition onboarding files accurately and promptly as assigned
• Work closely with managers to resolve any onboarding issues and ensure a smooth transition for new team members
• Contact team members or managers as needed to confirm the accuracy of submitted information or to request additional information to satisfy work eligibility requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role supporting the onboarding process / human resources department
• Proficiency in Auditing, Background Checks, and I-9 Compliance
• Proven experience with I-9 Audits
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Fluency in Spanish Language is required
• Proven experience in Onboarding new employees
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
