Compensation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Strategist to join our team at DISH, an EchoStar company. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing compensation strategies that drive business results and support employee growth.
About the Role:
- Develop and Execute Compensation Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive compensation programs that align with business objectives, industry trends, and market competitiveness.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market research and salary benchmarking to ensure we stay ahead of the curve in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Pay Structure and Equity Management: Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to design and manage base pay structures, incentive plans, bonus programs, and equity compensation programs that motivate performance and reward results.
- Compliance and Policy: Partner with Legal to ensure all compensation programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams, Finance, and department leaders to ensure solutions meet both business and employee needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation management or related roles, with proven expertise in developing compensation strategies.

- An estimated salary range of $110,110 - $157,300 per year.
