We are excited to invite a passionate and detail-oriented Patient Interviewer to join our dynamic healthcare team In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring their hospital experience starts off smoothly and positively. Salary: $22 per hour
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately register patients and ensure all necessary information is collected.
  • Verify comprehensive insurance coverage and identify patient liabilities.
  • Review patient registration flow and procedures with patients and families.
  • Ensure accurate point-of-service collection processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years hospital registration experience
  • At least 6 months of Epic Registration experience.
  • Experience with Siemens Invision Registration system, HDX Eligibility Verification Module, and Huron Ontrac Revenue Cycle Solutions Systems.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
