Insurance Account Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain professional and timely communication with clients via email and phone regarding their policies.
Perform policy checks to ensure consistent and accurate data and coverage.
Detail policies in EZLynx software specific to various lines of coverage.
Request renewal information and market client accounts to appropriate carriers in order to obtain quotes.
Generate and detail Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Property.
Submit endorsement requests to carriers via online portals or email and check endorsements for accuracy when received.
Issue Auto ID cards.
Deliver endorsements, audits and policies to insureds after being reviewed.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate would have of 2-3 years of experience in insurance or a related field, with a proven track record of managing client accounts and understanding insurance products.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM (EZLynx) systems.
Ability to multi-task across all lines of business.
Specific Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong technical knowledge of coverage in all lines of insurance coverage.
Strong knowledge of markets.
Be a vital part of a team environment where everyone shares in the responsibilities of making company culture exceptional.
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable talking, hearing, using hands, and working at a computer. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching.
Certifications/Licenses:
Active Property & Casualty insurance license in state of residence. Life insurance license would also be required but can be obtained after employment.
