• Ensuring all patient services are delivered in accordance with the industry standards
• Utilizing Epic Software for maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Flexibility in working hours to ensure seamless patient service
• Utilizing strong computer skills for optimal performance
• Acting as the first point of contact for patients, demonstrating a patient-centric approach at all times.• Must possess knowledge of Medical Coverage
• Strong Computer Skills are required
• Proficiency in PC OS is mandatory
• Experience with Epic Software is necessary
• Prior experience in Patient Services is essential
• Candidates should be local to the job location
