Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the reception area, managing access control and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Coordinate and oversee catered lunches every 2-3 months
• Keep the breakroom stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of offsite meetings as required
• Handle customer applications, including reaching out to provided references to verify payment history
• Undertake special projects such as conducting a cell phone audit list, and assisting in Learning & Development by assembling training packages
• Maintain office plants and ensure they are cared for, especially during employee absences
• Utilize Microsoft Suite for data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks.• Proven experience in Administrative Assistance.
• Proficiency in answering Multi-Line Phone System.
• Experience in delivering Concierge Services.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Experience in Organizing Files.
• Previous experience in the Stone/Glass/Concrete Manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
