Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Assist Visitors: Welcome guests, clients, and staff, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and direct calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Mail and Deliveries: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Security Management: Ensure that all visitors and staff are logged and that security protocols are followed.
- Maintain Front Desk Area: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and professional at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment (e.g., phones, fax machines, printers).
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
