Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Handle mail efficiently, forwarding correspondence as necessary
• Coordinate and manage reservations for meetings and events
• Assist in the onboarding process for new tenants
• Provide support and assistance to a community of tenants, ensuring their needs are met
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain and organize the break room for staff and tenants
• Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operation
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks
• Perform data entry as required, maintaining accurate records
• Use interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Strong administrative assistance skills
• Experience with answering multi-line phone systems
• Ability to provide concierge services
