Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a diligent Front Desk Coordinator to become part of our team in Carlsbad, California. This role primarily involves managing and directing phone calls, handling mail, and ensuring smooth reservations for meetings and events. You will also assist with the onboarding process for new tenants and support a community of 40-50 tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Handle mail efficiently, forwarding correspondence as necessary
• Coordinate and manage reservations for meetings and events
• Assist in the onboarding process for new tenants
• Provide support and assistance to a community of tenants, ensuring their needs are met
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain and organize the break room for staff and tenants
• Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operation
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks
• Perform data entry as required, maintaining accurate records
• Use interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Strong administrative assistance skills
• Experience with answering multi-line phone systems
• Ability to provide concierge services
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong data entry abilities
