Volt is immediately hiring for General Administrator in Anaheim, CA.
As a General Administrator you will:
- We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented General Administrative Assistant to provide essential support across the organization
- This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating events, and assisting various departments with reporting and project-related duties
- Perform general administrative support for the organization
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage and maintain office supplies, placing replenishment orders as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Coordinate event planning and logistics, such as trade shows and booth requirements
- Assist departments with daily and monthly reporting as required
- Provide IT support as required
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support team efficiency
The ideal candidate will have Mandatory Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have proven administrative and accounting experience, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
- Proven administrative and accounting experience
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- General Administration: 3 years (Required)
