Client Services Manager

Things to consider:

  • Periodic travel as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship building through ongoing verbal and written communication.
  • Direct contact with clients providing the day to day development and direction of programs
  • Develop program instructions and training materials using a consultative approach with clients by implementing proven best practicesEffective use of in-house system tools and enhancements
  • Work closely with Field Management team to ensure they have a complete understanding of program objectives
  • Follow field level execution and look for opportunities for improvement and support issue resolution
  • Provide clients with status updates mid project and callout any opportunities that may require resolution
  • Develop post program recaps and ensure all client deliverables are met in a timely fashion
  • Ensure all client invoices are accurately developed and submitted to finance
  • Coordinate with Distribution on shipments, mailings, and inventories

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in related field or relevant experience
  • 1-5 years’ experience as a project, client services, or retail Manager
  • 3-5 year prior experience in customer facing roles
  • Must be Perficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience in a leadership role is required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
  • Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Innovative, creative thinking skills
  • Ability to speak a second language is an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend and stoop continuously and stand for limited periods
