Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee performance management and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and HR budgeting.
  • Advise senior leadership on HR and organizational matters.
  • Monitor HR metrics and report on key performance indicators.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
