Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and HR budgeting.
- Advise senior leadership on HR and organizational matters.
- Monitor HR metrics and report on key performance indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
