• Experience in consumer collections is a plus.
• Prior experience as an assistant is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial software is a plus.
