Payroll Administrator

Hybrid role

Liberty Personnel is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for a growing company located in Conshohocken, PA. The preparation and distribution of paychecks to employees. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee hours worked, calculating payroll taxes, and ensuring that all payments are made on time. Candidates with experience with ADP and Workday are encouraged to apply.

The specific job responsibilities of a payroll Administrator may include the following:

  • Processing payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Processes multiple weekly/ biweekly facility payrolls.
  • Process Bonus or Commission payments.
  • Preparing and filing payroll tax returns and ensuring compliance with all federal and state payroll tax regulations.
  • Experience with ADP and Workday are strongly preferred.
