About the Role

In this HR Administrative Coordinator position, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department in King of Prussia. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide excellent customer service and support various HR processes.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their career in human resources and develop valuable skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the HR Director and Benefits Manager on various projects and initiatives.
  2. Process employee terminations, maintain personnel files, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Audit payroll, benefits, and other HR programs to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  5. Provide support with open enrollment and ACA census reports.
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or relevant experience plus certification may be considered.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and policies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
